Balochistan’s 17 cities having overall rainfall of 445 mm

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, Pasni received the most rainfall in Balochistan during the current wet season (PMD).

Pasni experienced 115mm of rain in 24 hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., while Gwadar received 64mm, Ormara 60mm, Khuzdar 42mm, Panjgur 29mm, Jiwani 27mm, Turbat 25mm, Lasbela and Pishin 21mm each, Quetta and Kalat 18mm each, Ziarat 09mm, Muslim Bagh 08mm, Barkhan and Kohlu 04mm each, Sibi 03mm

The coastal belt of Balochistan, as well as Turbat and other places, received a lot of rain. Rainwater flooded homes in the southern half of Gwadar’s port city.

Jiwani, Pasni, and Ormara, all on the coast, also received a lot of rain.

Furthermore, Surjani Town in Karachi received 37mm of rain, while Gulshan Hadeed received 32mm, Quaidabad and Landhi 28mm, North Nazimabad 23mm, Faisal Base and North Karachi 22mm, Saadi Town 22.1mm, University Road 22.4mm, Old Airport 20.7mm, Gulshan-e-Maymar 20.1mm, Jinnah Terminal 20.4mm, PAF Base Masroor 20mm, Keamari 16.5mm
